A cool idea from MINI France, instead of waiting for customers to come into a MINI showroom they took the showroom to the streets of Paris and direct to the customers.
Getting people to showrooms is one of the hardest tasks for manufacturers, with the rise of sites like Autotrader and their own websites potential customers can get all the information they need without having to see the car in person.
MINI post a great question on their video page "Have you ever seen a MINI in the street and wanted immediately to take it for a ride? With the new MINI stores, now you can!". It doesn't just apply to MINI's but every car, all of us would have seen a car and thought to themselves about driving it.
So by using 10 brand new MINI's they took the "showrooms" direct to the people of Paris, and let them experience the car first hand as both passengers and even letting them have drive.
The new MINI still mixes opinion of those who still prefer the smaller classic version, what do you think of it?
